Unfortunately, the popularity of girls hockey ebbs and flows throughout the years. We have compiled a list of established girl’s hockey clubs throughout the state, as of the spring of 2024. While a program may have a 16U team one year, the following year there may not be enough girls to field a team. If your daughter is interested in playing hockey, please reach out to the organization closest to you for more information!

High School Hockey

The landscape of high school hockey in Maine changes based on the amount of players from each town. Each year there are many towns that are not able to field a full girl’s hockey team. Instead, towns will co-op and put together a team with other surrounding towns.
